Description:
Rare private pressing of the experimental trio Sikora / Kitsch / Schmelzer , recorded in Monheim in 1999. This LP comes from a small, private pressing that was only released in limited quantities and is now very hard to find.
Musically, the album moves between improvisation, avant-garde and experimental jazz – an authentic historical document of the German underground scene of the late 1990s.
Historical background:
The trio Sikora / Kitsch / Schmelzer belonged to a circle of independent musicians who worked at the intersection of jazz, electronica, and sound experiments in Germany during the 1990s. Working outside of major labels, they created intimate, handcrafted recordings released in very limited editions for collectors and connoisseurs of the scene.
