Payment and Shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery is available within Germany (domestic) and to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus.

Shipping information

1. General information
   Shipping takes place after payment has been received
   All shipments are carefully packed and include tracking information
   Delivery is made within Germany; deliveries abroad available upon request
   Pickup at the location is possible by prior appointment
   All prices are final prices in EUR

2. Shipping with DHL parcel service
   We ship smaller orders with DHL. The actual shipping costs are shown during the ordering process. The following guideline prices include packaging and handling fees.
   Shipping costs including packaging
   DHL parcel up to 2 kg: €6.49
   DHL parcel up to 5 kg: €7.99
   DHL parcel up to 10 kg: €10.49
   DHL parcel up to 31.5 kg: €17.99
   Note
   Each DHL shipment includes tracking
   Optional additional services such as delivery times or drop-off location depending on availability

3. Shipping by freight carrier for bulky goods and furniture
   For bulky or large items, we offer freight shipping. The costs depend on size, weight, packaging effort and distance. The exact shipping costs will be communicated before completing the order and will then be displayed during the order process.

   Standard freight delivery from €59.00
   Bulky goods, for example furniture, from €89.00
   Pallet shipping or two-man delivery service on request
   Scope of service
   Delivery is made to the curbside

4. Collection at the location
   Collection at the location is possible by prior appointment

5. Delivery times
   DHL parcels usually 2 to 4 business days after dispatch
   Freight deliveries approx. 5 to 10 business days depending on route planning and destination
   Collection at the location by appointment

6. Further information
   The shipping costs shown in the shopping cart or at checkout are binding
   For multiple orders, we combine shipments whenever possible
   International deliveries as well as special services available on request

   Parcel up to 2 kg: €14.49
   Parcel up to 5 kg: €17.49
   Parcel up to 10 kg: €22.49
   Parcel up to 20 kg: €28.49
   Parcel up to 30 kg: €45.49
   For deliveries to foreign islands, a surcharge of €20.00 will be added to the shipping costs.
   Delivery times
   Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 3 - 5 business days, for international deliveries within 5 - 7 business days after conclusion of the contract (for advance payment after receipt of your payment instruction).
   Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
   If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped together in one delivery, unless otherwise agreed. The delivery time in this case is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
