This original LP, "Animals," by Pink Floyd from 1977 is considered one of the band's most important concept albums. Heavily inspired by George Orwell's "Animal Farm," the work presents a critical allegory of politics and society in the form of the songs "Dogs," "Pigs," and "Sheep." With its progressive sound and dark lyrics, the album is regarded as a high point of Pink Floyd's late era.
The copy offered here is an original pressing with a gatefold cover and accompanying inlay containing lyrics. An essential item for collectors and fans of progressive rock music.
